Vineyards

First we went to Chrysalis. They grow the real 'American' Grape, the Norton. I played in the family area with Kenny while Mom, Dad and Courtney did a tasting. Mom bought a bottle of Sarah's Porch Red here. It is a Red made in the white style.

Next we went to the Naked Mountain. The adults think they have a cool slogan, Drink Naked. I don't get it. Courtney and I found a pond with fish. That was fun. Mom, Dad and Kenny did a tasting here.

Finally we went to Three Foxes. I slept in the car (while Dad, the DD) napped too. The are one of the only wineries to grow the Pinot grape in VA. Mom bought two bottles of wine here. The Pinot Grigio and a bottle of steel aged Chardonnay for Dad. Yummy.

On the way back to Ken and Courtney's we stopped at their park. So much fun swinging!

Thank you to Ken and Courtney for being the best tour-guides, friends, and playmates! We look forward to next year!
