Trip to Idlewild!!!

We went to Idlewild with Aunt Jen, Uncle Joe, Julianna, and Baby Josie. We had decent weather and since it was a Tuesday the park was not very crowded.
We got some great advice to do the Mr. Rodger's Neighborhood Trolley ride first, to avoid the lines later in the day.
Here are Julianna and I on the trolley:

And then Uncle Joe took me on a ride

Then we ate lunch, and walked it off

Then we went over to the "Splash Lagoon" which is the water park side of Idlewild

First we rode the "big kid" raft water slide. Then we went in the kiddie pool for awhile. Finally we went over to this Pirate ship.

There is water coming from every angle and plenty of things to play with, and lots and lots of running water

Julianna had a great time too

There were slides for all sizes of kids. This one was my size. I rode it about 25 times, no kidding!

Mom and I played with this water thing. I'm not sure who was having more fun, her or me!?!?!?!

Josie also put her bikini on for the occasion!

After the pirate ship we found some seats and had a snack. Don't we look happy?

Then we headed over to Storybook Forrest. Pretended we were Raggedy Ann and Andy

And we saw some sheep

And Humpty Dumpty seems to be holding it together ok

Then it started to rain.... and rain... and rain.... So we had to leave Idlewild. But all and all it was a great day and I hope to go again soon!
